Very good question! Initially I was going to either smother his original tail with fur, which would look equally ridiculous, or even have it sprouting from his tail near the base at an awkward angle.
I just took a more insulting approach! haha

i can see why it's called the "fusion nightmare" cuz it's a nightmare to frieza that he would have a "saiyan looking" tail at his front!
