Description This is the second one with what I think are the restrictions. Meet the younger sister!
-------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Garlia

Gardevoir/Cresselia

Type: Psychic

Classification: Project Hunter V2
Subclass: Anti Deuxrai Unit

Overview:
Garlia is the “Younger Sister” of the previous experiment Aldelia. While not as powerful her Psychic powers are nothing to laugh at. She can cancel out any dream related ability or attack.

Ability: Dream Walker
If any move or ability that inflicts Sleep or deals with dreams or nightmares is launched, it will be negated though the ability for the user to attack is also negated for that round. In addition Psychic attacks from this FUSEmon will hit Dark types.

Signature Attack: Psycho Ball
Type – Psychic
Power – 90
Accuracy – 100
PP – 10
The user fires an intense Psychic ball that hits the opponent causing a Psychic feedback. Has a 70% chance of stunning the opponent for 2 rounds (like flinching but it last for 2 rounds instead of one).

File: While Aldelia was a huge success, Dr. E said that he wants us to target the Alpha waves and keep them high. While I lack the equipment to measure pure Alpha waves I decided to revisit Aldelia’s profile and create another soldier with Dr. E’s specifications. I subtracted the Alakazam and Unown DNA and combined the remaining Gardevoir and Cresselia to create Garlia. While Garlia lacks the ability to bend reality like her sister she can still create illusions on Deuxrai’s level. Tracking Deuxrai is still not a problem due to Garlia still having Cresselia DNA in which to track Deuxrai’s Darkrai DNA. Also on that same note she can cancel out Deuxrai’s Nightmare ability. I have no doubt she can also do the job of going toe to toe with Deuxrai. After all this was what Project Hunter was started up for so I suppose this is a proving ground for my project.

I think that a pokefusion with Gallade and Darkrai would be great with this one.

Transfusion? I've heard about it. It's where FUSE came up with the fusions as it combines the DNA from one Pokemon and puts it in another resulting in a hybrid. Much like we have here at FUSE.

B: Not quite. What you are describing is fusion. I have... experimented with my own DNA. The process was painful yet a success.

Ah you mean Splicing. That's very dangerous work. You are lucky to be alive as the process has not been perfected.

B: According to most reports... working for FUSE should have shown you what progress is hidden from the world of ignorants and fearfuls. What do you think would happen if news of Deuxrai were to get out? (cntnu ltr)

It wasn't a question of did it work. It was a question of the process itself. It was highly dangerous to use a process that isn't even garunteed to work and has a high death risk.

...

(Out of character)

Its official. You surpass me in creativity for designing fusions.

I fell in love at this concept.Seriously.

I can't help myself to ask If I could do an Official FUSEmon picture based on this concept, with a few personal touches here and there. (Like a Garlia 2.0)

Of course, all the credit for the idea will go to you, including a link to your Fusion.

Pretty please? XP

Prof B: Aww, she looks like a wonderful creation Dr. Jugg. Quiet a powerful fusion indeed. And it seems much more up for straight up combat then Magnown is. Good luck sir.

Thank you Professor. Though she's not as powerful as her sister she's more than able to get the job done. Besides don't cut yourself short. Magnown seems like a very capable FUSEmon.

Prof B: Aww, thank you as well, and if nothing else, he could at least assist in the tracking of the target.
