"There's no such thing as Freedom you know. The word 'Freedom' is just used to accompany a fantasy that we can't reach. You can disagree all you want, that we do have freedom, that we can say and do as we please... but, wouldn't it be nice to feel freedom mentally to? Everyday, something happens that will either build or destroy you, but for me... its destroy. Think about it for just a second... Your emotions, pressure, and the people higher than you all control you at some degree... People higher push you too far, the pressure put on you will sometimes make you do things you don't want to do.. and emotions, probably the worst, will sometimes cause you to do things you regret... like hurt someone close to you... someone you love and care for.

I wanted to try and draw something that hid a story behind it, with Ala sitting some where high and empty, and someone coming along to try and cheer her up from her negative thoughts.
To put it simply, Ala's been used and controlled by those around her, giving her the impression that she's simply a locked in bird with no wings to spread. Perhaps... this person can save her from that cage?

Sadly, the sketch isn't too good like I would want it be. I sort of wish it had come out better, but of course this was just a doodle that came to mind along with Ala's perspective of Freedom, so I should be grateful as it is to realize that it came out well at all. :I
