Having spent the last several weeks dealing with nasty weather and a massive head cold, I apologize for taking ages to comment on these updates. First off, a couple notes on pages 9 through 11:
9- while the plasma could be improved in future installments with a ragged flaming aura around the edges, you did a neat job rendering those odd black bits. Betty's torso does seem a tad...elongated, but I'm fairly sure that's been addressed in prior discussions (and both heroines are tightly proportioned by pages 11-14). Great closeup panel in the bottom right.
10- interesting use of non-character-centric viewpoints for these panels, although now I'm wondering what GJ intended to do with Drakken (let's not forget who concocted the Diablo scheme in the first place). Did Dr. D's obvious mental-health issues mitigate his sentence, or is he sitting on Death Row when the aliens arrive?
11- can't really dig up a thing to nitpick about this one. I do like that hard-lined, emphatic word bubble used for the Ominous Proclamation(TM).
All told, 12 is pretty solid, with the exception of two measly typos ("PDVI" and "quitting"). Otherwise, more clever panel-spacing, introspective dialogue & gorgeous character closeups. Methinks your sister had the right idea.

ah a head cold, I feel for you, those are horrible. I tend to be prone to sickness myself, so no worries on your part at all.
9- ah the plasma really threw me off. 
10-I think thus far you've the only to mention Drakken. Or perhaps I'm just not as up to date as I should be. ahh... Anyways the situation of Drakken will be explained in chapter one. Which is giving me a horrible time at the moment. But yes, Drakken did not get off easy. I couldn't have Shego face the death sentence alone.
11-hehehee the Ominous Proclamation (TM) huh? Amusingly funny. You always manage to copyright the funniest things that just tickles me to no end.
12- ah typos... I can't believe I've managed such glaring mistakes and I have only just realized it too!

This is great. Only the prologue and I'm hooked! Do I sense some sexual tension between Shego and Betty or is it just me? Everything is so clean and easy to look at! I'm gonna check in every day and fave just to see more!
