So, where to start on this one?? For some reason, the background made me think of paper, which made me think of that paper he gave to Luffy, which in turn made me all DDD: due to thinking about recent chapters XD
Now I have to say I absolutely ADORE the hair. It looks so simple, and yet so detailed and both the hair and the eyebrows being so deep and dark really contrast to the rest of the picture, which looks really 'soft' to me. The flames are beautiful and I love how you made them as little fireballs in place of the some of the necklace.

So considering your comment i guess the new trick i learned on getting really straight/smooth lines in photoshop must have worked 
Paper? I dont think i have caught up to that yet..... The background wasnt really suppose to be anything in particular but i can see where you might think that
