It is surprising how well music can inspire creation. This image was completely inspired and created after I listened to Fleet Foxes song "White Winter Hymnal".
The skellies represent memories; some are treasured and handled with care while others become forgotten or repressed.

Well in a way, yes, he can hold onto the tears. We do tend to cry over lost or forgotten memories, and sometimes if we remember just a fragment of those memories we can weep happily over them.

Soon they will have an unstoppable skeleton army, because the dead out number the living.....plus the little skellies are too cute to hurt

I referenced several images of infant and adolescence skulls so that way i could get more facial variations.
I dont have actual human skulls if that is what you mean.
