Great work! The flowers in the foreground draw the eye towards the path into the ominous fog, which reminds me of Silent Hill and the Slenderman.

This scene is seriously creepy, like if you look too long, you'll see something coming towards you- it imprisons you inside of your own mind, both memories and nightmares, to surround you in your own subconscious. The flowers are like protection against whatever is in the fog, bright colour against the darkness.

Overall the image has the right amount of contrast between bright, white light, and the dark, shadowy tree cover. This is simply unreal, the black Lilly pads look like the cracked ground of a desert. And the white pedals like ashes from a volcano. The blue flowers being closer to the front seem to indicate your heading from something vividly beautiful into something deathly serene.

Fog is a very strange thing, it makes everything look unreal.
And scary too. I imagine it coming toward me, "erasing" the world.
I think there was something like that in "The Neverending Story".
Maybe not such a relaxing idea but I am an optimist, you know.
