I'm liking this. The face is pretty rock solid, mouth is great. What's your hardsurface technique? And how did you create his teeth?

For hard surface I used max for a simple basemesh, following my concept then in Zbrush I used the trim and polish brushes, also check out this thread [link] great brushes here.I used mah plolish and trim adaptive to reinforce planes. For the cuts the dam_standard.After another retopo sculpted the details.
The teeth are started from boxes and duplicated them, nothing fancy.

So is it best to import an OBJ for hard surfaces? I appreciate the feedback. Again, great model.

I think if you have a concept it's better to start with a simple basemesh, nothing complicated so you have your freedom in Zbrush. But you can do it entirely in zb.
This was my concept [link] it's really simple I don't like to limit myself in Zb.
This was the basemesh I imported [link] for the hard surface.
After I figured out the proportions and get to a more finished level in zb I export the model and do a retopo, reinforce planes and stuff that needs to be precise.
Than back to Zb add details and adjust the form to the final stage.
Hope this helps

It does help. I'll try out your process for my next project.
