The more compelling evidence here is that Natsu was paying more attention to Lisanna until Lucy was dropped on his back.
I think that speaks more for an eventual NaLi pairing then a NaLu one. Still prefer NaLe though, Gajeel can have Lucy or Lisanna instead.

Of course. Natsu x Levy is the best! I'll always hope that that pairing will come out of nowhere in the manga, but if it doesn't, I'll be happy with a Natsu and Lisanna pairing.
I just don't like pairing Lucy and Natsu together. I do like both Natsu and Lucy individually, but they just don't fit well together as a pairing in my opinion. It always feels like they're being forced together. I can't even like them together for an aesthetic reason, because they look terrible together too.
But this is all just my personal opinion. I'm sure plenty of people disagree, and that's fine.
