how do you get such a flawless surface? i try but the brush strokes do not go away...please help! btw this is a gorgeous painting

If you're referring to the surface I work on (the ground) I use a roller to apply it (a small sponge roller). If you're talking about the watercolor - do you use enough water when you paint?

Thanks Sari. We will try this at some point in class. I am finally back and EXHAUSTED! But, it was a really great workshop and a fun 'sort-of' vacation.
