I HATE CATEGORIESBut meep.
Basicaly what I do is
PAINT IT
NOW BLUR BLUR BLUR BLUR BLUR
ERRASE ERRASE ERRASE
MORE BLUR BLUR MORE SMUDGE MORE BLUR
MORE ERRASE CHANGE THE TRANSPARENCY
MAGIC!
By the way, I use this USEFULL brush to make the lipgloss

I have the same program and my cousin asked me for help with an digital art piece she is doing.. However I can't seem to find the smudging tool. Is it a default tool or do I have to add it?

Its a default tool, you see that hand bellow the erraser? where was a drop? or the blur tool? press and hold there you will see a sub menu, the smudge tool is there.

So download a portable one! I use the portable version of CS4, it have everything, its just isnt instaled in my pc.
