Description
I just finished watching the Skypiea Arc in One Piece and i had to draw Enel again.I wanted to try to draw him chibi style and well i guess its ok, not really into drawing chibis
Materials: markers and colored pencils and pen
Time: 4 hours to draw up and color

unfortunately the fcc and cartoonetwork formed an unholy allience and got it down from pg 13 (blood, violence, cursing, and no lolipops) but LUCKILY they atleast got to show SOME violence and cursing squeeking by with a pg
also they may be able to get amputation of arms and such without the gushing of blood(or 'clean cut' as they put it)
also cigars and pipes are for some reason allowed but with no smoke......it bothers me that they allow that but not cigarettes
really does.
but the DVDS will be 100% uncut.

yea that is really pointless to allow pipes and cigars but not cigarettes (they might as well show it all).
i mean do they really think by showing a cartoon character smoking will make kids smoke? hell i watched popeye and i dont smoke nor eat spinage

if seems that they could make it pg 13 if they put a warning before it like they do on adult swim.
and they shouldnt really be stressing so much about curse words and violence anymore. i mean with today's kids they already know most of the things that regular japanese one piece has in it. and even if they DONT they're going to eventually. i mean what's wrong with preparing kids with what they're going to hear and see as an adult. no so much the amputation but the majority of one piece edited things, yes. they will see.

punching and blood- kids fight and bleed ALL the time. it's part of growing up
i mean if the FCC had it their way kids would grow up never seeing blood, hearing curse words, seeing a cigarette or anything else addicting. i mean think of the psycological damage that 18-ish year old man or woman would get from going into the real world, or even watching the news.

it's not like we'd be TOO terrible off if the FCC didnt exist. i mean look at japan. they have no FCC and look how well off they are.
obviously a child hearing "shit" or "crap" or "casino" or any liquid with alcohol that an ADULT is drinking, when obviously most of those kids parents drink. so they've obviously already seen it
