There's just so many things I'm not fond of with this image, but... Well, I learned a hell of a lot while working on it.And for a matter of a minor note, Shiou's scythe actually has a name: Lightgrass. Wow what was I looking at when I posted this. Greenleaf. It's called Greenleaf.

This is nice!
I saw in another comment wondering about the pencil stuff – I use a regular mechanical pencil, and then I take a good eraser and kind of 'erase' parts of the image, leaving just a faint outline so it won't get all smudgety.
I love the tree style of painting you've done, it's really cool looking

I didn't think abut that... I'm still new to doing watercolor at all, so I feel like there's a lot to experiment with!

Hm. On this one... Not so much. I think I tried too many different things at once, which was a problem. XD I need to figure out what kinds of pencils people use when working with them, since I see a lot of work done with pencil lines and watercolor over it. ...Mine keeps smudging. D:
At least I'm learning how to stretch paper and that... Now, to figure out how to work with SALT. D:
