These brushes are for Photoshop CS2 and newer, and should work in GIMP.
They will not work in SAI, MangaStudio, or other programs that do not recognize the ABR format.

what happens if i download the image pack? how will i use them on SAI?

You would open each individual file and then paste them as you need to in SAI, like stock imagery or traditional screentone.
If you need or want it to behave like a stamp, and you don't have Photoshop, these also work in GIMP (which is free).
