Faegan knew that it bothered Desmond to see him coming home after some gory meal. He knew Desmond didn't like being reminded of his inhuman nature, didn't. He knew all those things. But even knowing these things, he could not keep himself from engaging in the occasional nightly snack. Recently I saw a movie that your writing just reminded me of it was called "We Are Who We Are" about a religious family that all so turn out to be canables. It was REALLY Fucking awesome movie!! Really I'm not lying!! Lol well in my opinion it was any way haha.

In a way, we think it's cute how Faegan will come come covered in blood, despite how he doesn't like Desmond's reaction. It's sort of like... he's naive? Or just so honest with Desmond? Like he could be careful and clean himself up before he got home and Desmond would never know... we feel like that would be more, like... sinister, or something. He could hide what he does and make Desmond slowly forget about his less than savory side, and sort of lure him into a false sense of... security, or whatever. But instead he's like a child covered in spaghetti sauce. It's almost like he isn't letting Desmond forget that he's not human? Or maybe we're Β reading into it and Faegan just ate a cat and took a bath XD anyway. The blood on the water is lovely <3 wonderful way of conveying the ripples in the water, good job, good job!
