This is very nice! The way that the Energy Ball and the lightning being emitted from it really gives it that extremely destructive presence. The whole background and the planet in the distance, to me, is a very nice touch. I wish I could give a good critique, but I lack experience as a visual artist to notice the fine details very well. ^^

Absolutely gorgeous, I love the color scheme, and the way you did the grass.
Man, I need to get a Wacom so bad.
Tinny little bit of constructive criticism, the fingers on his right hand look a little short, but I'm only mentioning it to be helpful, it really doesn't look that bad or anything, it's barely noticeable.
Anyway, awesome job, this is amazing!
