Completed build of Subject Delta's helmet (tanks et al) from the game Bioshock 2.I cosplayed as Subject Delta for the Indian Comic Con 2014 (Delhi), so yes, this is wearable.
This is mainly paper mache with a cardboard base. The lights (store-bought LED 'push on/off') are functional.
The Adam and Eve tanks are transparent sheets rolled into tubes and painted on the inside. No actual liquids.
