Description I personally did not like any of the male Avatars but the females ones were hardcore. Avatar Kyoshi was my favorite Avatar and I would love to hear her story. What scares me is that her story would be bogged down with a stupid romance themeβ€”like her male counterpartsβ€”so I am totally content with what I have been given.

Avatar Yangchen was all business too. Girl Power!!

Yangchen is awesome, Kyoshi rules. XD Roku was... okay, I guess, kinda boring. I liked Aang at first, but the longer the show went on, the more bratty and selfish he became. ("My needs are more important than the world! My feelings are more important than the lives of people I supposedly care about! My desre for Katara overrules any doubts she might have about a relationship!" God, can I just... ignore Book Three Aang? DX)

I have the perfect way of ignoring Book Three Aang. He never woke up from the coma and he dreamed all that cheese and selfishness up. He woke up after "The End" was written in the skies of Aangland.

That it did. I felt for Kuruk, I really did, but he never focused on his job as far as we knew. Roku at least did SOMETHING while Avatar (even if he didn't nip it in the bud like he should've).

Yes Roku seemed cool until The Avatar and the Fire Lord. That episode totally changed my view of him . . . for the worse. XD

Same here. As an Avatar, you can't have a permanent residence so far from the rest of the world like it seemed Roku had. I- *sigh* Dammit, Roku, you were supposed to be cool! >_>

I don't think an Avatar should have a permanent address period. I envision them going from Nation to Nation fixing little problems and big ones.

The world is so big and there is always human suffering. An Avatar doesn't have time to have a permanent address.

Exactly! Like Avatar Yangchen said (oh look, another intelligent female Avatar), an Avatar's duty is to the world. Therefore, they need to be able to move at a moment's notice should a problem arise. They have to work to keep the peace and they can't do that staying in one area 24/7.

She was so hardcore. Aang made me mad when he did his little Kyoshi bash in the finale. I bet she would have not let the war start on her watch (like Roku) and I bet if she was the Avatar during the war, she would have ended it a lot quicker.

The females Avatars were in the shadow of the males but their light still managed to shine brighter.
