Finally I made the proper beret for the Royal Marines. I copied the one from Fallout as a reference. I hope I can finish his pants soon. I admire the military, particularly the British. If you know how to wear a beret properly, please let me know lol.(I also forgot the name of the British rifle there).

I really like the concept. Hetalia in milltary fear is always cool, but the highly detailed texture alongside the cartoony head makes the whole ensamble a little awkward. Do you know anything about editing textures? Some flat greys on the vest would make the visual elements mesh together more cleanly.
