Description
Concept art class assignment, we're required to construct and design a conceptual architecture based on certain culture. Included a western dragon versus a chinese dragon, the moment before a massive destruction happen. Trying to add a little storytelling inside rather than just a piece of work showing architecture. You guys can still see the version without the dragon here, though [link]
Should've included more humans inside but the amount of time that i got doesnt allow me to do so, and the entire execution was very rushing. Anyway, enjoy.:: Photoshop

Hello Laurent! the white spheres around the dragon are actually inspired by Dragon Ball anime, i put it there as some sort of power source for the dragon, not related to culture tho

I loved Dragon Ball (the very first one) ... if my memory does not fail me, it was a single headed dragon? I thought multi headed dragon were more the greek Hydra ... so little I know of asia ...but so fascinating

This s quite incredible looking. I love the detail in the architecture. And the "storytelling" idea with the dragons was genius. I love how the western dragon's wings are blurred as if they are moving. Love it all!
