Description
Since many people a cons like my mermaid artwork, and those have been one of the few originals that I have had luck selling, I thought it would be fun to draw some water pokemon as mermaids. The first one I drew here is Milotic, one of my favorite water pokemon. Since Milotic is inspired by the Venus Di Milo, I wanted to make her topless, but have her long flowing hair cover her up.
