I made both of these costumesLeft: My boyfriend as Fierce Deity Link. I made his undershirt, tunic, pants, boot covers, gloves, hat, armor (Cardboard and expanding foam).
Right: Me as Skull Kid. I made my mask (cardboard, expanding foam, plaster cloth), hat, gloves, tunic, belt, shorts, shoe covers, neck shawl.
The little things hanging from my belt make my costume make the jangly sound skull kid makes when he turns his head.

HEY! You totally inspired me to make my own. Take a look. I'll be posting pictures. I used expanding foam, spackle and fiberglass resin to make my mask though
