The photograph is great! I love this effect!
But you can reduce the noise by Photoshop filters.


but the best option is for you to reduce the ISO of your cam. My can has ISO 1600, but I only use to 200. More the 200 implicate in a lot of noise on the picture.

You can use Filter > Noise > Reduce Noise.
Change the values and its done. The outcome is fabulous!
