For !(Again, uploading late but she got it on time~
)I can't think of anything to say that I haven't already. (I'd apologise for playing a part in keeping you up late but I'm not really sorry. xD Glad to give you some lulz! ;3)
Couple of errors I'd like to point out so others don't: I accidentally missed out the other gold bands around his 'wrists', because I'm a fool; I had trouble with his front right foot/hand and had to correct it digitally, but I'm not sure if it still looks off; the colours are a little weird/blotchy because of the layer blends and stuff I used alongside the background.

I am actually really happy with it overall; it's so nice to be getting back into pencil crayons again. And the fact that Oji likes eet is the only thing that matters anyway. Bwaha. <3
Kimodo is such a fun character. Challenging, but that's good! He's usually very subdued, but he has the capacity to be destructive. I like both, but emo wasn't working for me. Dragon RAEG was moar fun! ;>

About the background: It looks just like frozen water at some points and that little frosty 'flowers' which is seen sometimes on the windows :3

The background kind of does look like that, now that you mention it. o.O I think the texture I used was supposed to resemble snow, so that makes sense. ^^ I love those little frosty flowers...*^*

Composition was never a strong point of mine - maybe I've learnt something at Uni after all.

Well it's been a long time since I've been here. You probably don't remember me anymore but what the heck I'm not here to win a popularity contest I'm here to comment some ARTZ!
I will start with the background it actually fits the beast and it makes the feeling of an aquatic nature - that everything takes place under water.
You can tell that the dragon (or the thing that he is) is actually scared or surprised and that is very hard to achieve with non-anthropomorphic characters. The gold bands give off a Lord of The Rings feeling, a bit but that's probably my own imagination. It's hair/fur is done really good you can really tell that it looks like a authentic strands of hair.
Overall the picture is really good I'm not surprised it's the one featured on your main page. I'll fav it right now.

I'm glad you think the background fits. I admit I was worried about ruining it with the background, so it's a relief to hear it works.
It was pretty easy to get the expression/feeling I wanted, surprisingly. But I agree that it can be very difficult. Not sure about the Lord of the Rings thing, but I've had a few similar reactions to my work recently. Maybe it's an unconscious inspiration, who knows? ^^

I think the best part about this whole picture is his expression of both fear and anger. I feel like something just attacked or startled him. And you Houdini you! I can't even begin to tell where he was digitally altered. *squints* I was gonna tell you how much win the background was, but then you admitted it was a Hibbary texture.

OK. So the birthday was excellent. the next day (Or whatever)...WAS HORRID. And then,I found out... MY ECCO GAME WON'T PLAY. >'O WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Supposedly in good condition, it looks ok. I've never quite known if you can, whether there is something you can put in there (like place crap in folders and it works on programs fine)... but someone else complained about lack of textures too, so I am sure to say. no. :C
Well not NEW. It was pre-used (Not in the condition idiot says on the eBay page >;C was dirty) but nothing that was BAD. And yeah... it still hated me T3T I was too late in sending it back, and unsure. Ah,I might still need it. Mine looked unusable.
NOT that it matters ... since canno even play the damn thing.
