Although they are months apart, you managed to maintain a familiarity between the two pieces. I'm not just talking about the borders but the actual style they are done in. Very surreal, and there is a certain nostalgia to it.

LOL.. I kept referencing the first picture to try and capture that. The rings on the tree vs the rings on the hat.. there is a touch more detail in "Moira's Hat" but this one was more about capturing the spirit.. besides... I just wanted to do my treefrog like this. It's just I wanted to see him in color from my scraps.
