Personality: Although he is a leader he isn't very serious about his job. Although he may look a bit manly, he truly isn't. He's almost the exact opposite, that is, when you get to know him. To the passerby-ers in the districts he tries to look cool and ...chic? But in reality, hes on sassy-ass mofo > not to mention a very extreme uke on the inside (x
He's super nice to the people of the good side and neutral side, but extremely bitchy to those on the bad side, especially Zenka of course. Although in some cases when he is very mad, he becomes enraged! and throws things everywhere, including people.

History: He was originally part of the Evil side and would be next in line to rule as the leader of the Bad Side. He was never evil, But due to his father's harsh treatment he developed an evil side (a split personality) which would come out anytime he was really angered. He left before he could become Leader and left to the Good side with his Uncle where he would soon become the Leader. His father was killed a year later and Zenka became the leader because of her father's royalty and loyalness. Ever since he was little he's been rivals with the Bad Side leader, Zenka. Which is why they are always in battle now. One battle, Zenka even destroyed Cielo's arm, resulting in what is now Cielo's mechanical arm.

That thingy on Cielo's tummy:
Well you see~
that is a sort of birthmark thing he was given possibly due to the mechanical intake of his left arm. (wires were needed to be placed inside of his body to make his mechanical arm work just as well as a real one) This mark is normally a greenish color, showing that he is stable.
This mark will turn red, though, when Cielo is highly-unstable
or extremely angered.
Which is usually never but, you never know~
