i take back everything i said about pink, you can draw all the danm pink you want because this lil well not little but this right here just changed my heart towards pink .

They seem like they would be able to swallow smaller things whole; do they? And follow-up question, would they go through chew toys (and maybe keys etc.) Fast because of this?

Yes they can swallow things whole! Similarly to axolotls, anything smaller than the size of their head they can swallow whole. While this isn't exactly a wise decision in most cases, it is possible.
Hmm they probably wouldn't go through chew toys particularly fast. While they do have large, rounded teeth, their jaw strength isn't very strong so they don't have very much force behind their bite. They would probably enjoy gnawing on toys and such but wouldn't exactly tear them to shreds like most dogs would.
