Well, Anime defies all Logic! But they really like to turn the knob on Anatomy of Girl's Bodies!
I'm sure they could. I saw a bunch a of Gender-bended projects made by fans of Haruhi Suzumiya where they change Kyon to Kyonko and Mikuru to Mitsuru, and it was Amazing! It looked like it came from straight out of the anime, the picturesque art atyle, the professioning voices, it was Perfect!
Hopefully there's someone out there who would waste a good chunk of their time to make a SuzaXLulu one, but that's just being Selfish so I guess I'll have to stick with Fan Fictions, for now anyway! '
