Howl Pendragon (Howl's Moving Castle): Howl is basically if John Constantine got his act together. He is incredibly powerful and skilled, though he is a bit lazy vain, and laidback. However, the guy is anything but a pushover. He has his fire demon Calcifer, he can transform into a bird monster, and (going off from the books) possesses powerful magics that enabled him to fight the Witch of the Waste to a standstill.

Sophie Hatter-Pendragon (Also from Howl's Moving Castle): Sophie would definitely be the Zatanna of the team. Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Sophie isn't that powerful. If anything, she'd be more willing to sit on the sidelines". WRONG! Sophie is way more powerful than you'd think. Again, much like Howl from the original book, Sophie was a pretty powerful witch who could break her own curse if she felt like it. Had Miyazaki adapted any of the other novels in the Moving Castle series, I think she and Howl would work as a good Battle Couple.

Shishigami (Princess Mononoke): The Shishigami (or Great Forest Spirit) would be the team's Swamp Thing; just this massively powerful nature spirit who controls life and death as if they were inhaling and exhaling. Not to mention, there's that Nightwalker form of his.

Asajj Ventress (Star Wars): Ventress would essentially be the team's wild-card. In addition to being a skilled lightsaber duelist as well as being imbued with the Force, Ventress is also adept in Dathomirian black magic which makes her all the more dangerous. She'd also need to be kept on a leash by Howl considering just how unpredictable she is.

Merlin (Tales of Arcadia): Merlin would be the team's veteran. Yes, the guy has a huge chip on his shoulder (heck, I can imagine Howl or any of the other members telling him where to shove his ego), but the guy isn't someone you want to discredit. He was King Arthur's head magician for a reason after all and he has the power to back it up.

Axonn (Bionicle): Axonn would be the team's powerhouse. He uses a Kanohi that can easily help the team in interrogating rampant threats and he also has that giant ax of his.

Eda Clawthorne (The Owl House): Eda would easily be this team's Madame Xanadu. Eda is a jack-of-all-trades sorceress who can switch from one type of magic to the next. She also has a monster form akin to Howl (though it's more of a curse that turns her into something that's more or less a wild animal) that he can just point in the right direction and have her rip whomever he's aiming her at to shreds.
