10. Pacific Rim: Granted it's a fool's dream considering Universal and Warner Bros. don't see eye-to-eye with each other despite Legendary holding the rights for Godzilla and Pacific Rim. Hey, I can dream, right?9. Little Witch Academia: The main theme of the series is magic trying to find its new place in a world where science is starting to take over, what if a third candidate stepped in... one of nature?
8. Transformers: Admit it, you want to see a fight between Godzilla and Trypticon and Grimlock declaring himself as king to Godzilla.
7. Legend of Korra: Korra could either team up with MonsterverseGoji or she could go up against SokogekiGoji considering he's a vessel for spirits.
6. Naruto: The Kaiju could be remnants of a past long before Naruto's time especially considering it's hinted to be in a post-apocalyptic setting.
5. Inuyasha: Just go Rage Across Time and boom, crossover!
4. RWBY: What if there was something the girls faced far worse than any Grimm?
3. Gundam franchise: Maybe have it be the Gundams are mankind's latest attempt at creating weapons to stand equal to the gods... despite the DRASTIC size differences.
2. Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind: Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters already has a kind of NOTVOTW vibe to it, why not just go all out and have it be that the Kaiju have just been claiming what used to be Japan as their territory.
1. Gamera: Come on, admit it, this would score big in Japanese and American box offices if they did this. If anything, I think the rivalry of Toho and Daiei should just get resolved and a Godzilla/Gamera crossover would be just resolution.

I think Godzilla would solo RWBY as Godzilla is way too big.
And for Transformers the only Transformers that could fight Godzilla are Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, Scorpinok, and Trypticon but characters that like Primus and Unicron can instantly destroy Godzilla.

Honestly, the RWBY/Godzilla crossover could be a ton of fun. There's plenty of smaller-scale monsters in the Godzilla roster for Team RWBY to face (Skull Crawlers, Meganulon/Meganula, Destoroyah spawn, Matango, monsters from Latitude Zero, the various alien species, even Shin Godzilla's spawn), and the possibility of them becoming mutated would be really fun to see.
Personally, I would swap out a couple of crossovers in this, namely:
-Fallout in place of Little Witch Academia. Fallout is a post-apocalyptic world torn apart by war - given the themes of the Godzilla franchise, it would fit extremely well.
-Attack on Titan instead of Transformers. Transformers is just too complex of a world to easily intermesh with Godzilla, and Attack on Titan's simpler setting, post-apocalyptic nature, and inclusion of extremely durable monsters would make for an interesting universe.
-Swap Legend of Korra for the general blanket term of other oldschool movie monsters - Gwangi, Monsters from Green Hell, Killer Shrews, etc. They'd make excellent candidates for smaller monsters for the Monsterverse.
-Remove Naruto and replace it with Moana. MonsterverseGoji in Lalotai? Yes, please!
-Swap out Gundam for Princess Mononoke. SokogekiGoji would work well in the film's universe, as would the other monsters from GMK.
-Replace Inyyasha with HTTYD. The dragons work surprisingly well as the lingering survivors of MonsterverseGoji's time - hell, you could even have caverns open up and unleash Skull Crawlers and other superspecies into the Isles of Berk.

One problem with doing a Godzilla/Princess Mononoke crossover: SokogekiGoji is the embodiment of the angry ghosts of WWII.

With a little tinkering, though, he could be a conglomeration of slain angry god-beasts.

I rather agree that Gamera would crossover with 2017 Voltron.
And just Mothra and King Ghidorah would be perfect for DC Comics.
I couldn't say about Godzilla, on what kind of perfect crossover he would start.
Shin Godzilla seems good for NOTVOTW.
