Description
Marwal is the second Star Trek OC I commissioned from , and as the title implies, he's a Star Fleet Security Chief, and a Bajoran, letting ya know he's serving after the events of DS9 when his people joined the Federation. I liked the idea of having a Bajoran security chief due to the presence of Odo's Bajoran deputies on DS9, I figured Marwal began his career there and eventually ended up on a Starfleet vessel. Like most Bajorans he is a spiritual soul, but also tends to bury himself in his work, taking his duties quite seriously and frowning on those who don't, but often comes alive when confronted with a genuine mystery to solve as opposed to the normal minutia of security detail, i.e. breaking up petty arguments in the officer's lounge etc.

Edit: Marwal's darker skin tone was what I originally intended for his appearance but there was a slight mixup in the design process, which has now been corrected lol. Dark skinned Bajorans were a rare sight on DS9, mostly background characters, but they were there and I figured this would help visually distinguish him a bit more from most canon Bajoran characters from the series.
