If you know your Godzilla history, the production of the original 1954 Gojira had various ideas on what Goji would look like. It started off as a giant octopus to a sea monster to what we know today as Shodaigoji. The final look was influenced by a T-rex, Stegosaurus, and Iguanodon from 1953 Life Magazine and dinosaur book for kids wikizilla.org/w/images/e/ef/49… . I would've called him Gojirasaurus but that name is already taken by a real life dinosaur. Yes there's an actual species called Gojirasaurus quayi and its part of the Coelophysoidea if you didn't know. Also, I had to redraw the 1950s version because the first one was based more on Charles Knight's and Ray Harryhausen's T-rex sta.sh/01hxttfhya2m . The second one is based more on the 1953 Issue Life Magazine as mentioned eariler which Toho used as reference when drawing concept art for Gojira. The modern version is based on FMNH PR 2081 or Sue because why not pick the biggest T-rex to draw a "realistic" Godzillasaurus? The Stegosaurus spines are based on NHMUK PV R36730 or Sophie from www.deviantart.com/sketchy-rap… and the Iguanodon arms are based on the Prehistoric Kingdom model.

You know, any Jurassic media should make this guy as a Dr. Wu's Hybrid Dinosaur, though they might need Toho's permission to do so. Maybe someone wbo makes mod can do it.
