While preparing the drawing for Godzilla's 67th year, I rewatched Godzilla VS Hedorah 1971 and its still the weirdest movie in the Godzilla franchise. Then again, its from the 70s so I guess it makes sense. Still an enjoyable movie. The 2021 short film is good and it felt really nostalgic to see tokusatsu again. Movies today mainly rely on CGI and the closest to tokusatsu/suitmation is mocap (motion-capture), the descendant of suitmation..
