To me one of the greatest achievements of the motion picture arts, the story of the Seven Samurai transcends culture and time to be just plain awesome for anyone who loves tales of heroes, of those who selflessly put themselves on the line for the defenseless, and pay the ultimate price. At almost 70 years old this movie is sublime. Even today the acting and drama is gripping, and it builds up to a perfect climax that does what the best epics always do and takes you on the journey with them, so all that is to say here's my cartoony, goofy looking representation of the characters
