GOATANAKA: Dora Chimera

Goatan, the chimera kaiju was created by Finster for Rita to use to destroy the power rangers. Goatan had the ability to control and manipulate the weather, he was cut down by the power blaster, but Rita's scepter resurrected him as a giant, but was killed by the Megazord .
powers,
- can generate lightning from horns
- goat head can expel hurricane force winds
- lion head can breath fire and has sharp teeth as any lion would

Actually, Rita created him from the Noble Lion trophy that the Ranger teens won in the Oddball Games. Lord Zedd is supposed to be a better villain than Rita, but ironically, when he made a monster from the Golden Pipe trophy (Pipe Brain), and Jason killed the monster, the monster turned back into the trophy that Jason won in the ensuing karate tournament. When Goatan was destroyed, so was the trophy he was made from.
