Doctor Who, Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, and The Big Bang Theory are obviously the best shows

I use The Gimp... a free photoshop alternative with a bit of a learning curve:

Great work, I really love it. But I'm having a tough time enlarging the size of it on my desktop. It shows up very small. Is there any way to increase the size of the folder(s) on my desktop? I can barely see the picture, but thanks for all of the hard work

I assume you're using windows? with XP, right click on your desktop, properties, appearance, advanced... scroll down until you see "icon" and increase the size to anything (up to 512, because that's the original size of these). You might have to fidget with the icon spacing options.
I am unaware as how to do this on Vista/7.

these are ICO files, if you run OS X, they're essentially useless to you. Use the PNG pack I also have.

These are easily usable on both Windows XP and Vista (if you right click the folder, properties, and click "choose custom icon") for the folders.
