I made all the folders using the template provided by CodeNameBender [link]
I got the eclipse effect for the Heroes folder from BrittaniaWD [link]
The Doctor Who and Nip Tuck ones are very similar to his, but I remade them (from scratch) because I wanted to change a few things about them.
