Description
Another part of my current commission.Again, I'm terribly sorry that circumstances make me work so slow. As a small compensation, I decided to draw this character with excessive amount of details to please my client. (a very kind and patient one, and I'm very grateful for that)

It looks good, but I think it's a little much armour around the shoulders. That could get in the way.

A king once asked an assassin how he would kill him, given that he always wore at least chainmail, even when in bed with his wife.
The assassin stepped closer and asked the king to lift his arm. "See here," he said, pointing out the space beneath the king's arm. "I could stab you here; there is no armour under your armpit and I can reach your heart with a good knife."
The king nodded. "I shall have to have my armourers look into that," he said.
The assassin shook his head. "It doesn't matter. As long as you can eat, drink, breathe and move, I can kill you."
"And if I sealed myself in an impenetrable armour, which gives you not even the least access to my body?" the king asked, peeved.
Again, the assassin shook his head. "Then you would already be dead. You would suffocate or die of hunger, thirst -- or just the mad paranoia that made you put such an abomination on in the first place. Your madness would consume you."

Hahahah it's not fan service but if she was a normal human that's still not all that practical. The down side to heavy plate is when you get knocked down. YouΒ can't get back up. You are now a turtle.Β This is why I try to go for more Greek and Roman armors. They are still heavy but they don't make you a turtle.
