Well I was thinking about making this a character, but he didn't turn out how I wanted. I think I just want to have Drago (from tlkfaa)'s character and not make my own xDI got the idea for the hair from her character, Oliver, and I was going to ask her if it was okay to make my own with that kind of hair, but I havnt heard from her yet, but I think I've decided I won't make him into a character. (no that does not mean he's up for grabs)
I might just draw her character Oliver for fun. I wish he were up for adoption D:
