I tried to make it with realism with a lot of gore (painting plain flowers is terribly boring)

Allow me to indulge in severely over-thinking things. Wouldn't the flower only be a parasite if it fed off a living creature? Does the flower have a juvenile state where it germinates in the brain before flowering after the host's death? How does the plant get inside a person's skull while they're alive? How did one stem make a hole that big? Did you just want to paint a flower in a skull? Do you want me to stop talking?

Seriously, even if I opted to ask those questions as annoyingly as possible, I love pieces like this that get me wondering about those kinds of things. I really enjoyed seeing this.
