I can't upload it to FA :C teh file is 10.6 MB and thats past the max file size on FA >.< I need to make it smaller without lower the quality to much ><

I love how you did the background. I've always wanted to do a picture like this, but I could never quite figure out how to make it come out right. D;

The black on blue kinda reminds me of a Luxray, especially with that yellow tipped tail.
