First, I think this looks awesome! You did a really nice job shading and coloring this, and the reflections around the head look really good. It just looks really amazing :>
Here are my opinions on how you could improve it. I think the reflection between the neck and shoulders could be more pronounced. The water doesn't really reflect the fur there. Just do what you did around the head, except between the neck and shoulders
I also think that the red lines could be omitted or more details like those lines could be included in the piece. Either way, it would make the piece more unified.

Gorgeously done. I really like the painterly strokes you have here. The red lines are a bit distracting, but at the same time an interesting design element, so I don't really know what I think of them.
