Description
More characters for my comic "Legend of the Crossed Guardian." This is Elu, one of the few vixens being trained in the art of fighting skills for the Aaka tribe. Her paint markings are suppose to loosely resemble a butterfly's wings since her name means "beautiful" in Zuni.And yes, she is a red fox, only her design consists more of earthy browns instead of the standard foxy orange.

Sometimes simple designs are the best! I love Elu's concept a lot.
I have some designs that I made with a fox-maker a while ago. You're welcome to use them if you want, though you might need to tweak their designs a little. I'll add the link once I upload the image.
Cinder's available too if you ever want to add a gray fox character... though you'll need to change her name.

I think so too. Sometimes I think comic characters are too "over designed" when it comes to makings. In reality, most animals are pretty simple in coloration.

You're welcome, yeah, ref sheets that are packed to the gills look so hard to read and often cause people to just pass by. Keeping them simple really makes them work better.
