"....I will finally end your life."I've been meaning to upload this picture for a while ever since I got internet back in November but I was self conscious about my suckish color penciling skills.
I don't mind doing traditional work but my color pencils suck so much balls. 
I need to do digital pictures of Rin soon~I made Rin's hair longer because she regained her vampire powers hence the hair growth. The sword she is holding is called the Kusunagi Blade. It is something that has been in her family for ages. I had a full story behind that sword but my laptop died on me.
I wish the picture came out better but my scanner was being a bastard to me and I had to darken my picture in GIMP. I really love the Dodge tool.
I don't hate this picture at all. I just hate my stupid scanner and my color pencils. 
Anyway, I hope you all love my picture of Rin~

I think you actually did a good job with the pencil coloring. Although, it would have come out a little better if you worked on that shadow more than runs along the side of her kimono... it just looks a little too straight, it should follow the curves of the fabric. Other than that, though, I really like it! Scans tend to make colored pencil drawings look a little rougher than they appear in person, unfortunately. I've noticed that you can kind of get around this either by working very large, or by using colored pencil blenders to smooth your work as much as possible.
The pose of her hands is effective at a glance, but it also doesn't quite look 100% natural. Not sure why. I suspect that her thumb needs to be moved down on the right hand, right now it seems slightly misplaced. This is minor and doesn't really detract from the picture, just thought I'd mention it because you have requested critiques checked.
I really like how you did her hair, it seems like it has some form and shape factored into it, particularly where you drew it flipping over its bindings. I also like her expression.
Overall, nicely done.

I do have a problem with drawing hands. It's a constant thorn in my side. Tutorials help a little bit but I need to improve on my own. As for the colored pencil blenders, I will have to wait to get some money for those. I'm tapped out...

Let's see...for me, it's the eyes, shoulders, hands & feet(they're the worst to draw...) I do have some proportion issues but no one hasn't pointed them out yet...
