Ooh yeah, I need to start looking again. She just hates everything I try! I feel so bad because she's the only one that can't go outside! I'll have to keep looking for something, hopefully overtime she'll understand.

Sometimes a small "dog" harness works better for cats. Even an human infant sweater vest - the V-neck kind can work if you sew a strap to attach a harness to it, and the opening would be plenty wide for her head, no matter how round!
