"So there we were, just taking it easy in the hot springs. We'd left our clothes on the shore, a little away where it was actually dry. It was a nice dip, we thought it was too bad the other guys were missing out. We must've been there, what, a half hour? I suppose we should've gotten out soon but it felt so damn good just sitting there in the bubbling water.

"They came from outta nowhere. Just swooped in off the cliffs surrounding us. No weapons, but they were swinging fists and beating us with their wings. We didn't even think twice, we just bolted.

"Don't know how far I ran across the sand, nothing but my canteen to keep me safe. Never thought about my clothes, never really even thought about the others, I just wanted to get away before the garudas...I donno, picked me up and dropped me or something. Gods, all I could think about was just getting the hells out of there and back to the safety of the ship.

"Got back to the rowboats, was wondering why they were all smirking, sniggering, giving me amused looks. Didn't realize I was naked til I tried to sit down on the wood.

"Lemme tell you, even for a healer, a splinter is hard to get out of your rear end."
