Because it's a really stupid joke. *shot*
I was randomly thinking of Majora's Mask since I play it so much, and...well...
Mujura no Kamen: Majora's Mask.
Sogeking wears a mask.

I was bored. I did this pretty quickly...so it's a little off.

Just that, "no kamen" = "mask of" [well, "no" being the "of", but the grammar's different]
That, and there's no A or O in the original "spelling" [it's pretty much "Mujura"]
...I dunno, I'm probably overtired and being too picky lately; not to mention being cranky 'cause I can't do a thing XD;;

Yeah yeah....Sogeki means sniper (essentially), and kamen means mask. Mask of sniper. Can also be translated to Sniper's mask.
