yes they are beautiful.
i can spent more than an hour outside enjoying them, before im really freezing because its cold outside.
they can last for hours, or dissapear suddenly.
you never know.

i will put more simular images to my site later this summer.

you have to visit nothern canada or alaska in wintertime, then you might get lucky.
im living in nothern norway, with frozen winters and 2 months without sun but much aurora.
now its summer and no visible aurora but sun abow the horizon for two monts.

summertime is kayakktime, thats why my nickname is kajakka.
looking forward to something called ASKR.
its a week were about 200 padlers get together in norway.

Yeah, I've been trying to convince my parents for a while now to take me up there for my winter break from school next year. Until they do though, I found an Alaskan aurora webcam to watch online during the winter months that has given me quite a few surprises. I pretty much live on this site: [link] haha. Some may call me obsessed...

Have fun at the ASKR! It sounds cool. Norway and Sweden are 2 other places I'd love to visit someday (especially because I am Swedish ).
