Edit: I can't seem to get the lighting right, so if you notice that the picture gets a little darker, that's just me fiddling with it xD

This was the saddest part of this cutscene, espically when Hershel yells out "You CAN'T go! I don't want to say goodbye again! I can't!! I WON'T!!" God that made me tear up even more..

They're usually imported from Japan, so your local anime store may sell them for jacked up prices.
Your best bet for less pricier ones are on amiami.com (the english site) or hobbylink (apparently is cheaper than ebay? Less than $30 USD I heard). Or on good ol' ebay.
Whatever you do, don't spend more than $35 USD
