My entry for 's contest.Nega Neon going MMX style ^^
Her Cyber-Tail can turn into a powerful Electro-Saber.
The blade is pure electromagnetic energy.
Her Thunder Buster has 4 deadly hook-claws on it.
Her Techno-Tail can fire electromagnetic blasts.
